99% Boiler efficiency
Low fuel-to-air ratio combustion helps achieve industry-leading boiler efficiency of 99%. Regulation of combustion air supply eliminates the need to heat excess air, improving boiler efficiency.
99% Steam Dryness
Through advanced combustion capacity and pressure control, as well as a new partition separator, resistance to load fluctuations is achieved and a stable steam dryness of more than 99% is maintained.
Turndown Ratio 5:1
Turndown ratio represents the ratio of rated (maximum) combustion capacity to minimum combustion capacity. When it is 5:1, the combustion capacity can be reduced to 20%.
Width 900mm
Featuring the industry's smallest installation width of 900mm, it achieves a slim boiler package with a compact body.
Jet Film Tech
Ultra-low emissions can be achieved through JET FILM film injection combustion technology, NOx=25ppm, CO=30ppm, far exceeding the current combustion technology on the market.
NOx 25ppm
Thin film injection combustion technology achieves ultra-low emissions of NOx=25ppm and CO=30ppm.
High Efficiency Tank
By optimizing the rectangular combustion chamber and water pipes, and using downflow water pipes, a boiler body structure with high efficiency and low pressure drop is achieved.

Note:
1. The actual evaporation capacity is the value of saturated steam at an inlet water temperature of 15°C and a steam pressure of 0.49MPa.
2. The boiler efficiency value is calculated based on the heat loss scheme provided by JIS B 8222-1993. The calculation is carried out under the following conditions: 0.49MPa steam pressure, 15°C inlet water temperature, 35°C air supply temperature.
3. The error range is as follows:
• Boiler efficiency error: ±1%~2%
• Combustion capacity error: ±3.5%
4. Fuel consumption is calculated based on the lower calorific value of the following fuels:

Natural gas liquefied gas (LNG): 40.6MJ/m3 (N)

Propane: 93.7MJ/m3 (N): 46.4MJ/kg

Butane: 118.9MJ/m3 (N): 45.7MJ/kg

Diesel: 42.7MJ/kg, density 0.86g/cm2

kerosene:43.5MJ/kg, density 0.80g/cm2
5. Install gas pipelines to ensure sufficient gas supply pressure when the boiler is running, stopped or other gas equipment is operating. Air supply pressure range: 0.03 to 0.3MPa
6. The main parts of the boiler are equipped with an economizer. Please make sure the inlet water temperature is set to 50°C or higher.
7. If the inlet water temperature is high when collecting waste water, the fuel consumption may be reduced to the actual evaporation standard.
8. The diameter of the safety valve discharge outlet is shown in brackets and is suitable for outdoor discharge piping.
9. Maximum combustion capacity (input) is calculated based on standard lower calorific value.
